Qualifications

• Must be Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the BACB.
• Should be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of AZ (LBA)
• Strong positive communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ years of supervised BCBA work experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ABA program management for adults and children with autism spectrum disorders.
• Supervises RBTs and conducts training and coaching.
• Facilitates parent training and supports families to access community resources.
