Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
• At least one year of BCBA experience.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with autism.
• Hands-on experience in early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI).
• Proven experience in parent training.
• Expertise in program design and staff management.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
