Job summary

Look Up Therapy LLC is hiring a BCBA in Davie County, North Carolina, to start now. You’ll begin with children ages 2 to 10 in their homes and daycares, then help launch our new center in Advance when it opens in January 2027. You won’t inherit someone else’s system — you’ll help build it.

Earn $70 to $85 per billable hour, with 20–30 billable hours weekly, plus paid indirect time. Indirect work includes report writing and treatment planning, and travel time is paid.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; NC BCBA licensure is a must.
• Reliable transportation for home/daycare visits.
• Ability to start immediately and work with a new center.

Responsibilities

• Assess children and design individualized ABA programs.
• Supervise and train RBTs.
• Coach parents and partner with daycare staff.
• Help shape how the Advance center runs from day one.
