Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification or in-progress.
• Commitment to ethical ABA practices and high-quality care.
• Ability to collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff and supervise clinical programs.
• Collaborate with families and school teams to support progress.
• Contribute to program development and outcome measurement.
