This role offers competitive compensation ($122,000–$135,000/year with a $110,000 base and guaranteed bonus in the first year), an uncapped monthly bonus plan, signing bonus/relocation, comprehensive benefits, and flexible options including work-from-home one day per week and a four 10-hour day schedule, with growth opportunities across centers.
