Job summary

Behavioral Intervention for Autism in Delray Beach, Florida is seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Per Diem team. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• BCBA certification as a requirement for the role.
• Experience working with children with Autism and their families.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA Therapy services to children with Autism in a clinic or home-based setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other team members.
• Assess and analyze client progress, making recommendations for program modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure family-centered care and effective transition of skills to real-life settings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and plan for future services.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client services, including progress notes and billing information.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in ABA Therapy.
