Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with ASD. You will conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and deliver ABA therapy in both 1:1 and group settings.

This position requires a Master's degree, BCBA certification, experience with ASD, and strong communication. You will collaborate with families and school staff, maintain records, and participate in ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience working with children with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with ASD.
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral deficits and develop treatment plans.
• Provide ABA therapy one-on-one and in group sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training in ABA.
