Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Casa Grande, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and implement individualized behavior plans, assess progress, and provide ABA therapy to children with ASD to foster independence and improved quality of life.

Qualifications

Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field.
BCBA certification required.
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for children with ASD.
Conduct assessments to identify deficits and develop treatment plans.
Provide behavior therapy to children with ASD, including one-on-one and group sessions.
Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
