GreenLight ABA in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide personalized ABA therapy for children with ASD, helping them gain independence and improve quality of life.

The role requires AZ LBA/ BCBA certification, a Master's in ABA or related field, and 1–2 years of experience. You will assess, design, implement, and adjust treatment plans while collaborating with families and professionals. Flexible schedule with evenings and weekends as needed.

Formación

• Arizona LBA certification (BCBA) required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of ABA experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify goals and develop individualized treatment plans for clients
• Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD, utilizing evidence-based interventions and behavioral strategies
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapeutic professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and parental involvement
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain certifications and stay current with industry best practices
• Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and mutual respect
