Job summary
GreenLight ABA in Yuma, AZ seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism. You will collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care and empower clients to grow and achieve their goals.

Qualifications
- BCBA certification required.
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and behavioral treatment plans preferred.
- Ability to conduct assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Ability to train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for clients with ASD.
- Conduct behavior assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide training and support to staff and family members on behavior analysis techniques and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
