Job summary

Nexus Neurorecovery Center – San Antonio is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. This residential program provides trauma-informed care for female adolescents with complex needs.

You will assess behavior, develop individualized treatment plans, and guide staff to implement effective interventions. Must hold BCBA certification and meet Texas licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience providing ABA services to pediatric/adolescent populations.
• Experience with trauma-informed behavioral care is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and ongoing behavioral evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Create behavioral goals for residents’ master treatment plans.
• Use evidence-based interventions aligned with BACB standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Provide supervision to RBTs and support staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
