Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking BCBAs to supervise BTs/RBTs and lead ABA programs across in-home, school, and community settings. You’ll design curricula, analyze data, and adjust plans to achieve measurable outcomes while supporting families and clinicians.

The role offers flexible caseloads with strong administrative support and opportunities for growth. A $5,000 sign-on/retention bonus accompanies competitive pay and weekly earnings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• LBA required.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to BTs/RBTs.
• Design, review, and update ABA curriculum and behavior intervention plans.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Review session notes and clinical reports.
• Provide parent and staff training on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff to maintain clinical quality.
