Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise staff and oversee a caseload in Windsor, CT. The role involves data review, treatment plan adaptations, and family consultations to support children with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Supervise through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
