Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking BCBA professionals who prioritize clinical quality. As a BCBA, you’ll design individualized programming that emphasizes communication, independence, and self-advocacy, using a neuro-affirming, assent-based approach with trauma‑informed, ethical care.

We offer realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, quarterly bonus programs, flexible work-from-home days, co-treat sessions with SLP-BCBAs, ACE Provider access to CEUs, strong RBT

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Must have state licensure or be eligible to obtain state licensure.
• Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technician.
• At least 1 year as a Board-C Certified Behavioral Analyst.
