The position offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$120,000 per year, relocation up to $15,000, and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000. Flexible scheduling and a supportive work culture are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
