Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Castle, DE to design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs. You will oversee RBT and caregiver implementation and conduct assessments related to behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
