Job summary

ABA Centers of Delaware in New Castle, DE is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise behavioral programs for children.

You will oversee RBTs, conduct assessments, and support other BCBAs, with a reduced caseload and flexible scheduling.

Relocation package up to $15K and student loan forgiveness up to $24K are available; a strong clinical team and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required and BCBA certification.
• Active BCBA certification with the state licensure process initiation before start date.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Willingness to supervise BCBA certification candidates weekly.
• Experience in designing and supervising behavior-analytic programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
