Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD license is required.
• Experience supervising staff and clinicians.
• Experience designing and implementing behaviour support plans.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor behaviour support plans aligned with best practices.
• Provide supervision and training to behaviour technicians and staff.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare professionals for consistency.
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress, treatment plans, and sessions.
• Lead team meetings and adjust interventions as needed.
• Ensure programmes comply with ethical and organisational standards.
