Job summary

A leading autism services provider in Dallas is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join their team. BCBAs will conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans while collaborating with a dedicated team. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree, BCBA certification, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field required.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB is essential.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers and Behavior Therapists.
• Travel to client homes for assessments and training.
