Qualifications

• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Valid California drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists and BCBA candidates.
• Monitor client progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Deliver staff training and support continuing education.
