Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is mandatory.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers and Behavior Therapists.
• Travel to client homes for assessments and training.
