Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. in Lancaster, PA is seeking Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the Enhanced IBHS Program. This role offers full-time and part-time positions across Lancaster County and surrounding areas.

You will work with a collaborative team, manage a small caseload (2–4 clients), and deliver intensive ABA services in home, school, center, and community settings. Competitive salary + benefits provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• State license as Behavior Specialist.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children/adolescents

Responsibilities

• Provides behavioral assessment and intervention based on the science of behavior analysis to support families referred.
• Maintains administrative and non-clinical functions to ensure continued success of families served, treatment team, employees and organization as a whole.
• Engages in professional development activities and supports the professional development of Behavior Interventions team members through approved supervision activities.
• Maintains appropriate written documentation of direct one-on-one intervention with the client and family, program development, and supervision activities in CentralReach and provider-specific sites.
• Utilize the science of behavior-analysis to teach skills to individual clients, caregivers, other family members and to reduce problem behaviors.
• Collaborates with program team members; providing feedback, training and coaching on behavior-analytic strategies as appropriate.
