Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is seeking a skilled BCBA to join Team PBS in delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services to individuals with behavioral challenges.

The BCBA will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Enhance ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings focusing on behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans for client and family success.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
