The role offers a guaranteed first-year salary of $102,000–$105,000 plus an uncapped monthly bonus, signing bonus and relocation support. Expect a collaborative culture with strong local leadership and opportunities to grow within 20+ centers.

Qualifications

• Masters degree and BCBA certification (or certification in progress)
• Strong commitment to ethical ABA practice
• Ability to collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism
• Supervise and mentor future BCBAs
• Maintain manageable caseloads to ensure quality outcomes

Education
