Job summary

Therapy Associates ABA Services in Northern New Jersey seeks a BCBA to conduct comprehensive ABA assessments, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans for children. You will work in person to support families and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with families, monitor progress, document outcomes, and participate in ongoing professional development to advance clinical skills and program quality.

Qualifications

• Current Board Certification as a BCBA.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with families and team members.
