Blue Jay ABA in Shelby, NC is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and mentor RBTs. You will conduct assessments, create treatment plans, supervise BTs/RBTs, and train parents, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
• Conduct Parent Training sessions
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
• Coordinate care with other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
• Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
