Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for full-time and fee-for-service positions with a truly flexible schedule. The role offers a $2,000 stay-on bonus and a strong emphasis on collaborative care with families and caregivers.

Requirements include a Master’s or PhD with BACB coursework and BCBA certification in good standing; LBA preferred; minimum of two years’ clinical experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD with BACB coursework completed.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; LBA preferred.
• At least two years of clinical experience with Autism and related disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and stakeholders to provide high-quality care.
• Develop innovative and compassionate treatment plans to meet client goals.
• Make a measurable and socially valid difference in the families you work with.
• Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
• Proficient with word processing and graphing software.
