Qualifications

• BCBA certification (required in your state, or you must be sitting for the exam soon)
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field (psychology, education, social work)
• Experience in ABA preferred; strong leadership and communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and commitment to ethical, high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise RBTs and support staff, providing tools and training as needed.
• Conduct assessments (FBA, preference assessments) and update goals.
• Collaborate with parents to provide training and integrate goals into daily routines.
• Coordinate care with other professionals to maximize client progress.
• Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Work with remote, in-home, and center-based service delivery options.
• Participate in clinical quality assurance reviews and supervisor check-ins.
