United Care ABA-Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a hands-on, in-person capacity. You will develop and oversee ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to integrate goals into daily routines.

The role requires BCBA certification or exam within the next 3 months, a Master's degree in ABA or related field, and at least 1 year of ABA experience.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility in your state (exam within 3 months).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work).
• Experience in ABA: 1+ years preferred, newcomers welcome to BCBA role.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Supervise RBTs and other staff, providing tools and training.
• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, preference assessments) and update goals.
