Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming emphasizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. The role supports neuro-affirming, trauma-informed care and collaborates with dually certified SLP-BCBAs.

Families are served with realistic caseloads and consistent schedules, including work-from-home days. The team offers quarterly bonuses and strong RBT training within centers designed for naturalistic teaching.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Indiana LBA preferred or ability to obtain licensure.
• Eligible to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized behavioral programming prioritizing communication, independence and self-advocacy.
• Collaborate with dually certified SLP-BCBA and other team members.
• Support trauma-informed, ethical care and neuro-affirming approaches.
