Job summary

Pediatrics Plus in Oklahoma is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA assessment and therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, handle documentation, parent training, and supervise RBTs, with a focus on empowering children to reach their goals in a supportive, pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA® status or upcoming eligibility (exam scheduled).

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA assessment and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely, including AB A initial assessments and re-assessments and discharge.
• Collaborate with administration and other disciplines to promote quality services for children and families.
• Evaluate children using appropriate testing protocols to follow funding guidelines for each child.
• Implement individualized and evidence-based interventions for ABA clients.
• Provide therapy services based on evaluations and funding source approvals.
• Supervise and mentor BT, RBT and ABA Fieldwork Students.
• Conduct parent training sessions and communicate changes to families.
• Participate in annual performance reviews and multidisciplinary conferences as needed.
