Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Utah County area. You will work 1:1 with children, focusing on communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.

The role is part-time and pays $22–$27 per hour, with opportunities for mentorship, supervision, and growth within a supportive team. Experience preferred, and transportation within Utah County is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required or willingness to obtain with our support.
• Reliable transportation within Utah County and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet or iPad for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods.
• Collect and record data electronically after each session.
• Communicate regularly with the BCBA and clinical team.
• Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed.
• Assist with assessments, therapy prep, and session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
