Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy across Weber County, including Ogden and Roy. You will work 1:1 with clients under a BCBA, building communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies in clients’ homes.

Competitive pay ($22–$27/hour), a caseload-based schedule, PTO, direct BCBA support, and opportunities for BCBA supervision and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology/education or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision.
• Implement skill-building programs using evidence-based ABA strategies.
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically after each session.
• Communicate progress with BCBA and clinical team.
• Participate in parent training, meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, materials prep, and session organization.
• Follow BIPs and safety protocols.
• Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
