Ambitions ABA Colorado is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy for children. You will manage the therapy process from assessment to treatment, lead RBTs, and engage with families. Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification.
• Proficient with various assessment methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments using standardized tools.
• Develop comprehensive ABA Treatment Plans.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Review session notes and provide constructive feedback.
• Conduct parent training sessions and quarterly team meetings.
• Collaborate with educators and related service providers as necessary.
