You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams while ensuring ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
