Job summary

Majestic Care ABA is seeking dedicated BCBA professionals to deliver high-quality ABA services in the Crown Point, IN area. This hybrid role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to supervise RBTs, mentor staff, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for individuals with autism.

The position supports home- and clinic-based visits with travel to client sites as needed. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $115,000+ with bonus opportunities and loan repayment options for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB.
• Minimum 1 year BCBA experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for clients.
• Monitor progress through data collection and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Review session documentation and provide timely feedback.
