Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families in a hybrid setting combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical work.

Flexible, offering opportunities for long-term growth, with the option to start full-time based on staffing needs and a strong clinical support system. No caseload minimum or maximum.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
