BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across the United States, with potential future hybrid arrangements in Georgia. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• GA BCBA licensure or willingness to obtain.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.
