Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services with a hybrid schedule combining in-home, supervision, and remote tasks. The role supports children and families across NC and offers flexibility for either full-time or part-time engagement.

The successful candidate will hold NC licensure eligibility, possess a relevant master's degree, and have experience with autism/developmental disabilities; strong clinical supervision and career growth are

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
