Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services to children and families. This hybrid role combines in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, train caregivers, and coordinate with care teams. The role offers flexible full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• North Carolina licensure or eligibility required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or related disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical compliance.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
