Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role providing ABA services across NC. The position blends in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties with flexibility for full-time or part-time availability.

The role requires NC licensure eligibility, a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, and experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
