Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid in-home, supervision, and remote clinical role. The position supports families with flexible full-time or part-time options, with strong clinical oversight and opportunities for growth.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to achieve treatment goals while adhering to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
