BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in North Carolina for a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical work. The position supports children and families with ABA services, offering flexibility across full-time or part-time schedules and strong clinical backing.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, supervising technicians, caregiver training, and ongoing progress monitoring.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
