BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families across North Carolina in a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The position offers flexible full-time or part-time options, strong clinical support, ongoing supervision, opportunities for advancement, and a collaborative team focused on clinical excellence and caregiver partnership.

Qualifications

• Requires NC licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
