Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services across North Carolina in a hybrid setting, combining in-home work, supervision, and remote clinical duties.

The position supports both full-time and part-time arrangements with strong clinical backing, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for licensure expansion. Competitive benefits are offered to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active NC licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in NC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
