Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a BCBA in North Carolina for a hybrid role combining in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities. The position supports children and families across the state, with flexible full-time or part-time opportunities and strong clinical backing.

The role requires NC licensure eligibility, a master’s degree in a related field, and ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina licensure or current NC licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
