Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families in a hybrid arrangement, combining in-home, supervision, and remote clinical work. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and strong clinical support.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, train caregivers, and document progress while upholding ethical and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina licensure or currently licensed.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
