Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina invites a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a hybrid program serving children and families statewide. The role blends in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities, with flexibility for full-time or part-time arrangements.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, track progress, train caregivers, and ensure ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Requires NC licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – North Carolina (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This is a hybrid position with a combination of in-home services, supervision, and remote clinical responsibilities.
