Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina offers a hybrid BCBA role with flexibility to perform home visits, supervision, and remote clinical duties. The position supports children and families across the country, with emphasis on growth, ongoing CEUs, and collaborative leadership.

You will conduct assessments, develop ABA treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work closely with caregivers to ensure ethical, effective interventions. Strong preference for NC licensure and master’s in behavior analysis.

Qualifications

• Eligible for North Carolina licensure as a BCBA.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions to maximize outcomes.
