Job summary

BK Behavior in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services across in-home, supervision, and remote clinical duties. The role offers a hybrid structure with flexible full-time or part-time options, robust clinical support, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatment plan development, supervision of technicians, caregiver collaboration, and ongoing progress monitoring within ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure (or eligibility)
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards
